We provide a variety of shipping options thanks to our long-standing relationships with UPS, FedEx and DHL. Our warehouse personnel will pack all goods to our exacting requirements. Your items will undergo a thorough inspection and be properly secured before they are delivered. Everyday we deliver hundreds of packages to our customers across many countries. This is a sign of our determination to become the biggest online retailer in the world. The warehouses are located situated in Europe in the same way as they are in the USA.

Note: Orders with more than one item will be assigned a separate processing period for each item.

Prior to shipment, we examine the items ordered carefully before shipping. Today, the majority orders will be sent within 48 hours. The delivery time is estimated to be between 3 and 7 days.

Returns

The stock is dynamic and we do not completely manage it because of the fact that many stakeholders are involved, including our factory and warehouse. The actual inventory may change at any moment. It is possible that the stock may run out after the order has been made.

Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. If you have passed 30 days without a trace since the purchase, unfortunately we can\’t offer you a return or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same state as you received it. You must have the item in its original packaging.
